Payment terms
Payment accepted in euro by :
- credit card (except American Express),
- bank cheque (French banks only),
- bank transfer,
- cash.
Booking:
- online on our website,
- by phone, mail or email.
- Maximum of 5 bedrooms.
Schedule:
- B&B : 35% at the time of booking, balance at the end of the stay,
- Self catered house : 35% on booking, balance 15 days prior to arrival.
Guest house cancellations
The customer must send notice of cancellation to the owner by post or by email.
If the cancellation is received:
- a) If the cancellation is received more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the down payment will be reimbursed, less €20 for administrative fees and postage.
- b) If the cancellation is received less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the owner will retain the down payment.
- c) If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours befor the scheduled arrival date or if the customer does not arrive by 7 pm on the scheduled arrival date, the contract will automatically become null and void, and the owner may rent the room(s) to another guest, unless the customer has given notice of a late arrival. The owner will retain the down payment and may claim and/or debit the balance of the total price of the stay if the room remains vacant after the cancellation.
- d) If the customer cuts their stay short, the owner will be entitled to the total price of the stay and may claim and/or debit the outstanding balance. In cases a) and b), the customer will not be billed for additional services ordered but not used. In cases c) and d), the customer will be billed for any additional services ordered, whether or not they were used.
Self-catered house cancellations
The customer must send notice of cancellation to the owner by post or by email.
If the cancellation is received:
- a) If the cancellation is received more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the down payment will be reimbursed, less €100 for administrative fees and postage.
- b) If the cancellation is received less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the owner will retain the down payment.
- c) If the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, or if the customer does not arrive by 7 pm on that date, the contract will automatically become null and void, and the owner may rent the cottage to another guest, unless the customer has given notice of a late arrival. The owner will retain the down payment and may claim and/or debit the balance of the total price of the stay if the room remains vacant after the cancellation.
- d) If the customer cuts their stay short, the owner will be entitled to the total price of the stay and may claim and/or debit the outstanding balance.
In cases a) and b), the customer will not be billed for additional services ordered but not used. In cases c) and d), the customer will be billed for any additional services ordered, whether or not they were used.
